My entire life I’ve been fascinated by personal development. For me, it’s the key to living the best life you can while you’re here.

In my early twenties, I decided to start a career in real estate. Real Estate represented an unlimited potential for me to grow and develop as a business person. I founded a business with my brother and we quickly grew it to 7 figures.

Over the years, I became fascinated with agents and what made some successful while others struggled. My fascination led to a passion for teaching and coaching and after 15 years in sales, I sold my business to build a coaching and training platform for Realtors.

 

My passion for coaching quickly grew my business to serve hundreds of clients across Canada. My vision is to create communities for our clients to support one another and share as they grow. The underpinning has helped our members set winning habits, not only for business, but in their lives as well and the results have been incredible.

Through our growth we’ve created an amazing team focused on our mission to help our members raise the bar not just in their businesses, but in their lives as well.

Ian has been working in the world of real estate and business since 2018. He's great at simplifying complicated processes, strategizing growth, and enhancing profitability.

 

It's Ian's belief that the most important role of a business is to help it's clients and team reach their aspirations and goals. This belief is the key reason he helped to create EndGame. It also points to the supportive culture within the company that he values.

 

As Coo, Ian helps design systems and strategies that support Endgame's clients and team members. It is through these strategies that Endgame coaches are able to focus on delivering the highest level of service.

CHRISTINE COWERN

As the Director of Client Experience, Christine brings over 15 years of experience in real estate sales & systems and business development to the role.
She’s passionate about building businesses that succeed at a high level, driving growth and development through creativity, and creating unparalleled client experiences.


A realtor since 2007, Christine is the founder and managing partner of an all-female team of passionate, client-centric realtors based in Toronto, Canada. Her team has been in the Top 1-2% based on sales volume since its inception in 2013 and has been featured on Global TV, CBC News, and in the Globe & Mail, among other media.


A former journalist and TV segment director, Christine holds a Master’s degree in International Journalism from City University in London, England. In 2023, she was a featured author in Resilient Women in Life & Business, an Amazon #1 bestseller in its category in Canada, the UK, and Australia.
 

When Christine’s not planning her next adventure, she can be found spending time with her son and husband and their rambunctious cats Lily and Daisy.

MELISSA TAYLOR

Melissa began her Real Estate Career when her family sold their family recreational resort after 38 years of service in 2011.  

 

While in the Hospitality industry, Melissa served many years on the Provincial Board and sat as President for 2 years guiding, lobbying and helping more than 420 families in business navigate the path to growth and overcoming challenges during one of the most intense times for this industry.   

 

Once in real estate, Melissa found the struggle alone to be one of isolation and survival of the fittest.  She knew there had to be another way.

 

In 2020 after years as a successful single agent, Melissa created a small team of 1 agent and 1 part-time administrator. 

 

During that time, Melissa created a 2nd business in investing and flipping.  That experience has made her pivotal in creating partnerships with industry partners to have a successful investment division built into her Team, helping clients across Canada and internationally.

 

Melissa also hired a coach. The first of many.

 

To date, Melissa’s Real Estate team includes a full-time operations team of 3 and 6 agents. They are now one of the top teams in their Market Centre.  

 

Melissa has been coaching others for 3 years, in a leadership position in her market centre; empowering people to fine-tune their focus, ask better questions and get bigger results.

ANA MARIN

Ana Marin isn't just a seasoned real estate professional, she also loves to live life to the fullest. Outside of business you can find her doing one of three things: enjoying the outdoors, unwinding at the cottage, or exploring new corners of the world.

 

Ana's love for the real estate industry was sparked early on, when she started as an administrator for a real estate team. From there, she soared to new heights, helping to create one of Canada's largest inside sales teams with Mackay Realty Network, and eventually serving as the Director of Operations. In 2019, she played a pivotal role in launching the Keller Williams Legacies franchise in Vaughan.

 

But real estate isn't just a career for Ana, it's a passion. She's particularly drawn to multi-family investing and building profitable businesses, and her experience has taught her the importance of creating streamlined and efficient operations. It's this expertise that she now shares through coaching, and her Sales Beast Podcast is a testament to her dedication to helping others succeed.

KELLY SANCHUCK

Her creativity—a degree in music and theater—led her to believe she would wind up in entertainment, but a chance appearance singing at a brokerage event has parlayed itself into a successful career in real estate for more than a decade.

 

As an office administrator, Kelly has been lucky enough to learn industry best practices from some of the business’s most successful real estate professionals. Her business acumen and dedication to customer service eventually led her to lead the high-volume deals department at one of Toronto’s most successful brokerages. Since then, her expertise has led her to take on the role of operations manager for a very successful Toronto real estate team.

 

Outside of real estate, Kelly keeps her passion for the arts alive through teaching clarinet and saxophone lessons.

 

Now, with the opportunity to combine her passion for teaching with her real estate expertise, Kelly looks forward to providing her valuable experience and insights to others through her training and coaching of real estate administrators.

Beyond business, our commitment to community service involves directly contributing to The Covenant House with every home we sell, reflecting a deep-rooted belief in giving back.
